眼睛是心灵的窗口，心灵是眼神之源，明眸善睐的眼睛是人体中无法掩盖情感的焦点，即使是一瞬即逝的眼神，也能发射出千万个信息，表达丰富的情感和意向，泄露心底深处的秘密，一切都会从微妙变化的眼神里真实地流露。
我们拥有的是太阳底下最神圣的职业，我们的眼睛是太阳下最神圣的.眼睛。只有一双充满关爱、充满信任的眼睛才能给人以信心和力量。在实践中我领悟到眼神的交流是心灵碰撞的基石，充当着传递员的角色。
在实践中我积累了一些经验，获得了几分认识：
一、我带幼儿了解眼神和心理的关系
眼神和心理，是交往中引人注目的一个问题。当你凝视对方时，你知道对方在想什么吗？于是，我带着孩子们开始了“揣摩”的历程。开始，我们从表情中找“线索”：眼睛笑得眯起来，说明心里有高兴的事儿；眼神中夹杂着难受，说明心里有不愉快的事儿；眼神中流露出惊讶，说明心里感到奇怪……接着，我们从游戏中、图片中、情境中让幼儿猜一猜主人公的心理活动，各抒己见；然后，我们在实际生活中争做“亮眼睛”，不仅鼓励孩子大胆地观察周围世界，寻找疑问之处，还鼓励他们互相“猜心情”：“今天，大家都在想什么？”并且思考可以解决的好办法，从而形成了班级中爱看、爱想、爱问、爱谈的良好氛围，为进一步开展教育教学工作创设了较好的心理环境。
二、我用眼神传递对孩子的爱和鼓励
师生间的眼神交流就是心与心的交流与碰撞，教师的眼睛中应该充满着爱，它能给学生带来自信，带来勇气，带来欣慰，鼓励每一个孩子勇敢面对困难，迎接挑战。当他们成功的时候，我们投去赞赏的眼神；当他们失败的时候，我们投去激励的眼神；当他们难过的时候，我们的眼神里充满安慰。区角活动中，我的眼睛在“搜索”着孩子们的一举一动，眼神的微微流露可以让建构区的幼儿为自己刚刚完成的新作品沾沾自喜 ，让音乐角的幼儿跳得更欢呼雀跃，让科学区的

三、我想方设法增进与孩子眼神交流的效果
眼神的运用并不是一朝一夕的事儿，它犹如一台机器，不用则生疏，用多了则驾轻就熟。实践中，我积累了少许运用的体会和经验。
⒈与孩子交流时，尽管有时他（她）不看着您，但也要坚持用眼神与他们分享谈话的内容；
⒉把握可以和孩子眼神交流的任何时刻，哪怕只是瞬间的一瞥；
⒊抓住机遇与孩子眼神交流，及时报以点头或微笑；
⒋保持眼神的自然停留，要让孩子有一种亲心、自然的感觉，否则回导致孩子眼神的木讷、紧张；
⒌对于年龄小的孩子，教师要低下身去与孩子的视线保持同一水平，有利于眼神的交流；
⒍提及孩子名字时，抓住时机和他（她）进行眼神交流，让孩子觉得老师很亲切；
