so many of us are overweight.so few know how to slim down.let me share some strategies that work! forget so-called experts and crazy methods.forget miracle pills,gadgets and gimmicks.listen carefully and ill set you straight! to lose weight you must start in your mind.you must make a decision to change.you must dig deep down and decide youll do it.

be very determined to work hard.be disciplined enough to commit.you must promise yourself not a quit.

write down the reasons you want to lose weight.write down the goals you want to achieve.truly convince yourself that you have the power to change.

we all know that dieting is the answer.we know we are what we eat.to lose weight we must alter our diet.

eat a low-fat,well-balanced diet.eat lots of lean meat,fruit and raw vegetables.most importantly,drink eight large glasses of water every day.

also,downsize your portions.never snack late at night.never skip meals or starve yourself! also,you must exercise to lose weight.exercise goes hand in hand with dieting.exercise builds muscle that burns off calories and fat.

work out five times a week for thirty minutes.work out intensively with interval training.work out in the morning on an empty stomach for the best results.

do aerobics,like speed walking on one day.do anaerobics,like weight lifting,the next.remember,dont eat anything for one hour afterwards.

it is important to remember to be patient.it takes time to lose weight.its not a race but a process of growth.

focus on progress,not perfection.focus on quality,not quantity.try to be consistent and stay on track.

dont let friends or family distract you.dont listen to well-intentioned but incorrect advice.just follow my plan to succeed.

大家好!

在这个快节奏的现代社会里,健康是人们格外关心的话题,众所周知,大多数人都处于亚健康状态,主要表现为身材偏胖,而这又主要是由不合理的饮食引起的。在座的各位同学都是正值青春年华,对身材或多或少都有重视,特别是对于女生来说更是重中之重。那么,你们是否曾为发胖的身材而苦恼呢,如果有的话,那就请听仔细了,我接下来要讲的应该会对你有所帮助。

我今天的演讲主题是:保持身材,科学减肥!

减肥是考验意志力的行为,其主要包括三个方面

一:注意饮食,首选清淡、健康、绿色的食品、要根据人体自然生理规律进行饮食。

1、用低脂的肉类(鸡鱼)代替高脂肉类(猪),或用豆制品代替部分荤食。烹调中多用炖与蒸的方法,少炒与炸。

2、多吃含纤维多的粮食,蔬菜、水果,因为有了体积才有饱感,在能吃饱的同时又不会摄入过多的热量,何乐而不为呢。

3、吃东西时适当喝水,可以帮助食物顺利吞咽,为了避免越吃越多,就不要搭配饮料。二:运动。即使不能大量运动也要适量、运动是维持身体活力的源泉、对身体也是大有好处。日常生活中,时不时的活动下,可以消耗很多热量。不一定要去健身房长时间不间断的运动。但是要注意,不能因为运动量增加就多吃,这样是不好的。想要运动强度大一点又不想太累的话,可以选择快走,不仅能消耗热量,而且能让你在第二天以更高的速度燃烧脂肪。因为,身体依靠不同的燃料提供能量——碳水化合物+脂肪。肌肉主要使用碳水化合物提供热量,运动时消耗了大量的碳水化合物,这需要22小时的消耗脂肪来补充能量支撑人体运转,所以即便是睡觉时,你也在燃烧脂肪。

三:喝水。喝水的重要性是不由分说的、促进新陈代谢等功效不可小觑。、零热量的温开水会使人产生饱足感,喝温开水能够提高体温,提升身体的基础代谢率,也能帮助脂肪燃烧。空腹喝水可是号称最廉价的瘦身方法,大家可以试一试的。

说完了方法,再给大家说一下一些减肥过程中容易被忽视却影响较大的注意事项吧:

1、一般来说,一餐的消化时间约须4小时才能完成,如果吃完立即入睡,不仅容易影响睡眠品质,也会造成消化不良。因此,建议最晚在睡前2小时进食完毕,以免增加身体负担。

2、如果不会饿到睡不着,那么当然可以赶紧上床;但要是饿到很难受,可能不易入睡,也会留下“减肥真的好痛苦”的负面感受,不利于长期抗战。

3、控制食物份量就是王道,如果不知道各种食物的热量而随意选择的话,每样食物最多只能吃三口,控制份量比控制热量还重要。

还有一些利于减肥的食物:

as we know,our body is a balanced system which needs a reasonable diet.a reasonable or balanced diet can help people keep fit because it not only prevents them from eating too much fat which may cause many diseases but aisc provides them with sufficient nutrition to guarantee that their body operates properly.besides,going on a diet can aisc help people,especially young ladies keep a slender figure,which will of course beautify their life.however,every coin has two sides.going on a diet is no exception.if carried to extremes,going on a diet may even become dangerous to our health.as we know,eating too much will result in corpulence,while eating too little wili lead to malnutrition,which is also the cause of many diseases,obviously,going on a diet doesnt mean eating too little,such a misunderstanding must be avoided.

in my judgement,not everybody needs to go on a diet.good health should be our primary concern.if your purpose is to have a slender figure,a diet should be carried only to the extent that your health is not affected.

perhapsbecause of heredity, i was born to fat. my parents are overweight. even though ididn’t eat too much, i couldn’t loss my weight. therefore, i was laughed at bymy classmates sometimes, which made me self-abased. therefore, i decided tolose weight after graduating from primary school. for the sake of my health, myparents supported me a lot.

they even made a plan for me. for example, i mustget up six thirty and do some running for about forty minutes. in theafternoon, i went to swim for about half and an hour. this was the only thing iexpected.

i like swimming. i can’t eat much in lunch and dinner.

the food wasmainly vegetables. it was so hard, because i liked hamburger, meat, anddessert.

i had to say no to them all. besides, i couldn’t sit down within anhour after a meal. luckily, after two and half months, i lost ten kilograms andi had no discomfort. i felt like i live in a rebirth. my friends were so surprisedthat i changed so much. the most important is that i became much more confidentand healthy.

努力吧,减肥不要拖着,越拖越没热情,其实很简单,少吃一顿瘦一寸,珍惜每一口食物。都是累积,吃了能怎么样,你就想着自己现在山珍海味,人间珍品吃了个够,坐在这里能怎么样???对现在的你得到了什么,吃也是刚才吃的。刚才痛快的,现在就是痛苦的,全身在发热,热量在转化为脂肪。越来越胖,越来越丑,离被别人讥讽嘲笑丢弃越来越近。所以就当自己刚吃过好了。刚刚吃过。现在没有权利吃了!

食物其实不就是为了活着吗,果腹就够了,活着不是为了食物。为了美丽,为了自己,为了尊严!!!

为什么失败你说说,说说你的状态。我觉得之所以失败就是你的决心不够大。你努力的不够,没有什么事情大到你尽了力都做不到,没有什么事情细到你用了心都想不到~~~之所以失败是因为你决心不够大!总是找借口。什么聚餐了不吃不好,什么妈妈做的不吃不礼貌,什么同事都看着不好意思。我想说,只要你想要,全世界都会为你让道!

人只有攀上了高峰才能体现出低调的姿态。与其畏畏缩缩问别人,显瘦吗?我是不是胖了。还不如让别人大惊呼,你真是太瘦了,太好看了!我想把你给毁了~~~

耻辱是无法用心灵美安慰自己的,除非自己脸皮厚的死,但是是个女人总有个底线,不可能别人说是个胖子,嫌弃你难看,还能自圆其说,说自己很美。。。

就是要瘦到穿什么衣服都好看,我也是照镜子很难看,脸大,腰粗,一坨坨肉,恶心的死。。穿衣服,感觉身体很厚,真是糟蹋,我最反感,自己不够美,没身材,不能呼来喝去对别人也就算了,还要被人青菜不当萝卜,一定要做人上人。

减肥的方式有很多种。有的人通过坚持有规律的运动来减肥。有的人通过吃药来减肥。另外,还有一些人通过手术寻求帮助。因此,各种各样的产品在市场上出售,比如特殊药品,茶和设备。

it’s understandable for human to pay much attention to their good-look. however, many side effects have come into being when some people are losing weight. for example, some people have lost their weight by taking medicine, but at the same time, their digestion systems have been injured. thus, we should pay more attention to our physical coordination when we choose the way to cut our weight.
